1. Who we are

2. What this website collects

This site does not have its own contact form, sign-up or login. Providers used to deliver and secure the website may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details. Third-party services may collect information when you use them to contact or book with Jack.

3. When you get in touch or book

• WhatsApp: if you tap a “Message on WhatsApp” button, your message and phone number are sent to Jack through WhatsApp. That is handled under WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) privacy policy. Jack uses it only to reply and arrange sessions.
• Instagram & Facebook: if you message Jack on Instagram or Facebook, that conversation happens on those platforms and is covered by Instagram’s and Facebook’s (Meta’s) privacy policies. Jack uses it only to reply and arrange sessions.
• Gymcatch: class timetables and booking options may be displayed using an embedded Gymcatch page or opened on its website. If you use it to book, Gymcatch may process information needed for booking and payment under its own terms and privacy arrangements.

4. Cookies and tracking

The website does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. It uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, and Google Fonts to display text. The embedded Gymcatch booking panel and other third-party platforms may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. To ask about booking without using the embedded panel, contact Jack directly.

5. How your information is used

Only to reply to you and to arrange and deliver your training. Your details are never sold, and never shared for anyone else’s marketing.

6. How long it is kept

Messages and booking details are retained only as long as reasonably needed to provide coaching, respond to enquiries and meet applicable business or legal record-keeping obligations, then deleted when no longer required.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information Jack holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Just get in touch using the details above. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the “last updated” date at the top will change too.
